Refund policy

At GlowDent, your satisfaction is our priority.

Due to the nature of our products (oral hygiene & personal care), we do not accept returns for used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

✅ Damaged items upon arrival  
✅ Incorrect product received  
✅ Order not received within the estimated delivery timeframe  

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos (if applicable)

If approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement free of charge  
OR  
- Issue a full refund  

 Non-refundable situations:
- Change of mind after order is shipped  
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer  
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product  

GlowDent reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
